BEST AUDIO BOOK...

Really appreciate all the effort and research that went into this book. What’s great is that it’s super practical. No fluff or filler. Just the fundamentals for how to turn the tide on depression. It’s a philosophical book, too. If you enjoy exploring CBT, alongside spirituality and philosophy, you’re going to love this. Also, what’s great is that it maintains the empirical, evidence-based self-help of CBT. No woo-woo here. Just good philosophy.

Beneficial!!

The layout of the book made it an easy read, and perfect for an ongoing reference. The information presented can improve the quality of life for anyone who reads and applies the information. I found the section on "Managing Everyday Stress" extremely helpful in identifying stressors, and then learning how to create a strategy that reduces it.

Excellent Resource !!!

Cognitive behavioral therapy can be used to treat people with a wide range of mental health problems. CBT aims to help people become aware of when they make negative interpretations, and of behavioral patterns which reinforce the distorted thinking.
If you want a better understanding of who you are and what you should be doing with your life this is the book for you. This book is so awesome and the author has done a great job by sharing this book to us.

Good knowledge shared

Analyzing people boils down to understanding the psychology behind the actions of those we observe and interact with. It is more of learning about body language of people at different situations.. This book will teach you the many benefits of listening and analyzing people.

I love the information of this book and i became aware of my surroundings, it's an edge if you know how to read the people's mind through the nonverbal cues they send, you will see & feel it what they are used to say with you. It's a must read book if you u want to improve this skill.
