This book gives useful information

Incredible audible book for ace your feelings. Extremely this book is extraordinary for me. The writer touches on almost all negative emotions you could face in your lifetime and practical ways to manage them. I found it very useful. The audiobook is a wonderful reminder of how being emotionally tuned to create the life of our dreams........

Useful and practical advice.

I learn how to analyze one's speaking using the technique suggesting in this audiobook. Moreover, the audiobook helps me to be more thoughtful of what I am saying by putting me in other shoes and predict how the other person might respond to what I say.

Overall an amazing audiobook.

A lot in this audiobook might seem overly basic to people. However, if you feel like you struggle with the basics of social interactions. so I start skimming through the book and before I know it- I’ve listened “most” of the audiobook.

Very informative book on CBT.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is a very informative book on CBT; what it is, as well as ways to over come depression, anxiety and change your mindset from negative to positive thinking.

I am also finding this book helpful.

For the record, I do not struggle with anxiety or depression, but I am also finding this book helpful. It is easy for me to get stuck in a cycle of negative thinking that really can be hurtful, and I am finding tips to help get myself out of this pattern.

Easy to listen.
