Efficient Starting Point

As I’m new into exploring these kinds of positive self talk books I was happy and felt accomplished to be able to go through this audio book in just two long walks in the woods and it contained great ways to identify negative self talk and actionable methods to start tackling it immediately. Highly recommend to anyone just starting on this journey as well. You got this!

Concise and helpful

I have heard these strategies before but I really like the concise description in this book. If you find yourself slipping into negativity or negative self talk, this serves as a good reminder strategies to pull you out of that mindset.

One of the best self help courses I've ever done

I would highly recommend this to anyone, regardless of if you perceive yourself to have any mental health issues. The tools explained here are useful across your life. This course is particularly powerful because of the recordings of sessions with real people so you can see the techniques in action.

Wonderful!!

This was a helpful and informative book. The book contains a lot of information about intrusive thoughts, which myself and millions of other people deal with on a daily basis. The author makes it very clear that we shouldn't avoid situations that tend to trigger our intrusive thoughts because doing so will only serve to create even more anxiety surrounding the situation and make it worse.

Great Introduction to CBT

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is currently one of the most popular methods used to address a variety of How to Pursue a Happy Life and Heal Your Body to Get Over Anxiety Relief, Overcome Depression, Overcome Negativity with a Simple Therapy, among many others. , it also gave me some great advice on steps to take and tools to use.

This was the best book

This was the best book I have used for anxiety and panic attacks. I haven’t ever thought so in-depth about what the root cause is of my problem. I use to not be able to leave my house, this book helped me get myself out of the house (anxious) but get the right mind frame to do it. I have tried several different CBT books and even been to a few therapists and nothing helped me like this book.
