Nice overview of modern therapy techniques

This would be useful to b someone considering therapy for the first time. It doesn't have enough depth to substitute for therapy, which is a good things, but does give insight into the what and why of certain techniques. It summarizes the main therapies as stated in the description in an easy manner and with good examples. And highly recommended this book.

Horrible Voice for CBT

The narrator’s voice is like glass in my brain, took away from the message, perhaps it is part of the practice learning? This militant voice is a negative impact.

This is an incomprehensible introduction to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. All most everyone can profit by CBT sooner or later in their life. It's certainly not difficult to analyze and unfaltering in getting yourself and everyone around you.I really like this book and the suggestions it gives in helping you to change your Life.

It is very interesting to listen and i am impresed this book.

Narrator

The narrating is the worst I’ve ever heard, I only listened for about ten minutes as i found it hard to follow as there was no expression from the narrator, it was just someone rattling on with a raised voice just trying to get to the end of the book.
I wanted to listen to this audible book but found it impossible
Complete waste of money.
