Helpful with many techniques and tips. I read many reviews, and most were good, so I said "what the heck". I really enjoyed listening. Many insights and techniques were provided in a postivie and enjoyable setting. After finishing, I reflected that I needed to be kinder to myself with my self talk and my routines. I am a new widow of 4 months and could not do one more widow book. I felt lighter, more positive with a plan for when the black fog comes in. This is really well done, I will listen to this again several times I am sure.

I started with my first auditable last night. Let’s just say, horrible experience. I am grateful I tried again. This author/narrator provided profound insight and realistic tools to manage my anxiety. I am 60 years old. I speak with a therapist, currently, 3 times per week. I am under psychiatric/meds care. Just goes to show answers are out there, when delivered by the right person
