It really works

For a long time I have tried to go on diets without any success, after listening to this audiobook I could understand that the problem was always in me, and in the way I perceived food, thanks to the audiobook I could change what was going wrong and the results are favorable.

Helpful Audiobook

I was delighted with the audiobook, it took me to a level of dieting-knowledge that I had never experienced, I feel satisfied because I have achieved my goal, just as the book fulfilled what was promised, I feel happy.

Simple to understand

My diet has been a success! The language and tone of voice used makes it easy to understand in order to reach your objectives. I have seen changes in my weight loss, which means that I feel satisfied with the audiobook for having helped me.

Ideal to start taking care of yourself

No practical information

I was hoping to get 10% of this book telling me how great intermittent fasting is, and 90% giving me more details on what IF is, and some more details about how to get started. I understand not eating 16 hours and eating for eight hours, but that’s basically what I do right now!
So this did not give me any practical new information. I’d like to know what do you do during those eight hours? I’m assuming you don’t just eat the entire time!

Good support for those over 50

I’m so glad Emily came out with this book. My wife and I had questions and were nervous about issues around menopause and decreases estrogen. This book boosted our confidence and gave clarity. Thanks Emily.
