Very Interesting Book.

I enjoyed and benefited from this book. The author well the explanation of Intermittent Fasting for Weight Loss. I am following this guidebook it gives me a better result. It's anything but difficult to pursue and an incredible well ordered guide that works.

This book read like it was put together by someone in their moms basement with access to Google. Very repetitive. He must’ve said 20 times how great coffee and black tea are while fasting did you know that Kate Middleton‘s uncle practices intermittent fasting? Haha

I wish there was appendix section

I wish there was appendix section to print out and see the all the methods to see, understand and compare the all methods available. It’s hard when you listen then and try to write a Notes.

Very good one

This book will explain the tips that can help me in getting the most of intermittent fasting routine. Most eating regimens state to top off on any products of the soil, yet this book went over the way that there are a few vegetables that are not consistent with weight reduction and that they ought to be kept away from. It was a useful book. Love this book, very good one!

This book was very elegantly composed.

It was a simple and reasonable listen. Different books I listen were a lot of logical actualities, that was difficult to comprehend. The significant distinction is the other book referenced again and again that you can eat anything you desire on the eating routine, during your eating window. That data isn't valid. This book clarifies the eating routine quite well. I strongly prescribe it. What's more, the best part is the eating routine truly works.

I liked everything. This book gave cautious insights regarding discontinuous fasting. this one is by far the most informative. The author has explained the details of Burn Fat and Heal Your Body! I highly recommend this book.

Great Inspiration

I am already a fasting veteran, but recently I felt like I had lost my fasting mojo. I just couldn't seem to get motivated to keep up with my fasting regime. So I scheduled an extended fast to coincide with the arrival of this book, and I read a little every day to help keep my momentum, and it was very helpful in that regard. No new information here if you are already committed to the fasting lifestyle, but I was hoping for motivation and that's what I got.

Some detail - annoyingly repetitive, returned book

I've been looking into intermittent fasting as a way of building a new eating approach.
Was hoping this book would be useful in helping structure that.

I could not get past the constant repetition of content - just wasn't easy to listen to.

I did take away the 18-6 formal approach, which I've implemented before the book.

At the start of the book, it's stated that payment pays for more audio books - I think this is the exact model of the author - has to be valuable though.

Nowhere near

I have listened to several fasting books and this is all over the place. It doesn’t fee structured well and the lack of detail is glaring. There’s a lot of sweeping statements without substance or detail about the ‘how’. If I hadn’t listened to other books first I’d be left with more questions that when I started from this. Boring and little of the content you would want when starting out. Sorry, but don’t waste your time with this.

Great book even better as a life manual

This book does that trick and more, everything is well articulated and easy to understand. As a book it is great; as a life manual, it is even better. I received my copy from the publisher through audible.
