Great audio book that discusses healthy living

I really enjoyed this book. The reader was great. There are some drawbacks in having this information in audiobook form (have both the audio and kindle book). The best part of having audio book is that you can get this information on the go. I use the audiobook (which I've listened to sections a couple of times) to remind myself of what I'm working on with my health and eating. Great resource!

Loaded with wisdom

I am so exxited to apply these principlea to my current plant based eating. I'm trying to drop the last few extra pounds that I carry around from years of eating the SAD, Standard American Diet. I am confident that the information found in this book will bring success to this next phase of my journey.

Sales Brochure

The diet may not be vegetarian. But, it is a significant shift for the average American. I think the author should say that up front. Instead, he uses phrases like, "Eat what you want, when you want, and as much as you want" while following the diet. That's misleading.

Good but dated material

Overall good advice but some material is dated. You can probably get as much information from his website and YouTube videos.
