I’m now fasting clean
In the last year I’ve lost 65 lbs by going keto, but I finally hit a plateau with my weight loss. I came across Gin talking about IF, read both her books and I am so excited to start my 28 days clean fasting and the continuing heath benefits I will be experiencing as a 50 year old woman just starting menopause. Excellent companion book to Fast, Feast, Repeat.
This guide takes you through the first 28 days of starting or restarting intermittent fasting. Gin is very clear that it is meant for people who don’t yet want to read the in-depth science and more detailed explanation of FFR or for people who want to use the Fast Start in conjunction with FFR. The physical book has places to write your answers to prompts and to check off accomplishments, but you can do that in a notebook if you only get the audiobook. If you enjoy hearing Gin’s own voice on her podcasts, as many do, you will enjoy hearing a little from her each day as you progress through the book.

Great for beginners
