Finding My Strength Again

Strength Training Over 40 is an amazing audiobook. I always thought the best years of my fitness were behind me, but it proved me wrong. It's straightforward and practical, making it perfect for anyone like me who's wary of spending countless hours in the gym or shelling out money for expensive trainers. The advice on resistance training and the minimalistic workout plan are exactly what I needed to get back on track. I can do these workouts at home, and I've already started to see results. Functional, High Power Strength Training

This was easily one of the most streamlined, and functional strength training courses I've ever taken. The author prioritizes simplicity with each exercise, while targeting a wide range of muscle groups, with exercises that tailored for our age group. I thought the length was perfect, and even though I won't listen to the whole thing in one session, the layout makes it easy to target whatever muscle group I want, without needing to skip and wade through excess content. The narrator was also engaging, and easy to follow.

Informative

It was a wonderful read that I went through in a shift at work. I feel more knowledgeable and confident that I can get a great workout regiment. My only concern is that I don’t know how to find the pdf version that the reader mentions in the beginning
