Everything you need to know about and how to get started intermittent fasting is right here, this was everything I was looking for. So many benefits to this that I had to try it out myself, as a beginner it can be overwhelming but having all this information in one place is perfect. A complete IF guide

A great resource for anyone looking for intermittent fasting. Logical, scientific, systematic and practical approach and yes IF does work. This book even includes the breakfast, lunch and dinner recipes with lots of options as well as 21 day meal plan that will make your journey much easier. One thing that could have been improved is to include more options for vegans. Definitely worth listening if you are even remotely curious about intermittent fasting.

IF Simplified - Everything For Success Is Included

Intermittent Fasting has long peaked my interest and this book answered all of my questions. The information is thorough and takes you through each phase of fasting with an explanation of how and why. As a result I have been able to make the decision to begin IF. The instructions are clear and allowed me to see how it could work for me. I would recommend this book to anyone seeking a different method of healthy weight loss without starvation. The recipes are fantastic!

Opened My Eyes!

I had heard of intermittent fasting, as my sister had been very successful with this way of eating, but I never really understood it until now! The author guides you through the knowledge of how it works and all the benefits of the plan. It even provides many days of menu planning and recipes, which is always a big help. Great book on Intermittent Fasting

I have read a bit about intermittent fasting and have even tried it out but I could never stick with it for long, mainly because I lacked the full understanding of the best ways to fast intermittently and a clear step-by-step guide on how to get started. This book gives us this and much more. It is very comprehensive and beginner-friendly. The author did a great job walking us through the different types of IF and also the potential risks associated with it so you can pick wisely your IF choice of you decide to give it a try. I love the recipes and the meal plan included as well.

If you are over 50 years old you know it’s hard to work out and not get fat.

I am approching 50 and it is getting harder and harder to keep the weight off, The things that used to work don’t work as well as they used to. Intermittent fasting can solve the problem for you! This book can give you the results that you are looking for.

What a Bonus!

I work out regularly and eat healthy. Being over 50 though means I need more time at the gym to continue to keep my level of energy and my body in the shape I desire. I have found that by adding IF to my regular routine, I can now cut back on my gym time while still having the same results. This is fantastic. I can now spend more time doing other things I enjoy. What a great bonus and from something that is so simple to add to your regular routine. This book has been a great help in getting to that point. Everyone should give this a try.
