Good information but a little outdated
I wanted to start this diet again and had to make a 3 hour total drive so I thought I would get a head start on my reading. This helped but is a bit outdated. There is a new book called "The New Atkins For A New You" that is much better however Audible doesn't carry it. This one tells you not to drink coffee however the new one has used newer research and tell you it's not only ok but can help. However, for the basics and how to get started and even later how to move onto the later stages, it is a very good book.

Any additional comments?
When wanting to get advice or gain knowledge of a topic I want a friendly knowledgeable voice. It seems that audible's editors don't realize the personal experience listening with earbuds is. Too many of the self help tiles, like this one, are done in the style of an authoritarian orator in a stadium full of true believers that want to be told what is what. That would work for me would be like a friend or calmly confident expert telling me what they know.
