Super excited about his new book

I have followed David for years and appreciate all he does to keep us healthy. New to the Keto game this book was the perfect way to start my journey. Everything made sense, but was also adaptable in my own life. I have already tried a few of the recipes and they are so good!!!

Good book and reliable

Informative book about Keto Diet. The recipes are good and even tried to taste. I like how the names for the recipe was given and specially the watch out calorie in take. This book contains delightful keto diet recipes that will help me achieve the body and the state of health that I desire and deserve. The recipes in this book can be prepared in a short period of time and the ingredients can be commonly found.

Losing Weight and Living Healthy

Easy to understand and follow. Great recipes and conversion charts. Gives you a real understanding of how our body breaks down fat as opposed to carbs,, just starting out on this diet and this book has really helped us get started, great recipes and great information.I suggest this to everyone..

Nice! Gathering information

Nice! Gathering information was not a bore since the narrator was engaging that I couldn’t stop listening to him. I’ve just learned that this low-carb and high-fat diet is the right one for me and has increased my chances of being cured. It has given its readers an updated overview of Ketogenic diet. I was diagnosed with diabetes and I’m taking several medicine pills a day. After listening to this audio book, I’m now confident that I can be cured by the recipes found in this piece NATURALLY!

Highly Recommended.

This book is short and to the point. It is an amazing jumping off point for anyone interested in diet and nutrition. Just the right amount or science, facts and research to give you great understanding of the ketogenic diet. I feel even better about my choose to eat a ketogenic diet after reading this book and will continue to spread the word!

Please read lists and recipes

I have read several books about low carb diets, grain elimination, and ketosis. I wish I had gotten this book first as it is the most informative, thorough and easy to understand! This book is all you need if you're looking for information on the best way to follow a low carb/ ketogenic diet for weight loss and overall health.

Of course, David D. Kings is an authority on primal and healthy living. you would have to look far to find an author that practises what he preaches and have the results to back it up.
