I found the magic button for weight loss. After having limited success with the whole field of dieting options I stumbled across a
talk on talking about fasting. One of the fasting approaches recommended however seemed pretty easy. Have dinner and fast
for twenty four hours, having dinner the next day.

I am both a physician and someone who has struggled with yo-yo dieting my whole life. i gained again about 5 years ago and finally got around to losing it, but painfully. i restricted my calories and got back into exercise. and i was constantly hungry & miserable. i thought this was how it was supposed to go and that either you were naturally thin or miserable .

I am using this audio book helped me so much. Suddenly I allowed to go without breakfast". It is a whole new concept for me but it sure has helped my blood sugar problems. It is amazing what people will say to you when you tell them you fast. Those that yell the loudest are the ones that are carrying about twenty pounds too much.

My new one stop for Keto food prep

This audio book has it all! The recipes and ingredients are simple and accessible, and I actually want to eat just about everything in here. I’m following a strict Keto profile twenty g of total carbs a day and I can eat many of the recipes here; however there are a large handful that have too many carbs for me at this point.

This allows you to reclaim your life

Wonderful audio book. It started me on my journey of weight loss. I was so miserable with my weight. Late fifties, on med and nothing was working. I have tried quite a few diets and all of them worked for awhile, but I gained back. This has been working like a charm. Very happy to have found this audio book.
