This is a marvelous audio book.

Well arranged with useful nutritional data, recipes seem easy to follow. I wish they weren’t so sugar and carb heavy, considering how much kidney disease is a result of diabetes.

Very Helpful

If you’re afraid the book teaches how to use and abuse you can relax. There isn’t enough detail for that. The booThe recipes were easy to follow, and listed all the specs for things renal patients have to watch. I appreciated the variety of dishes and now don't feel so overwhelmed about what is okay to eat.ks explains how, in broad strokes. If that doesn’t prove this book is intended to entertain I don’t know what would.

Ingredients!!!

Please, just listen it! if you are considering listening this book but are 'on the fence' about it because of the people saying negative things about it, I wouldn't necessarily recommend it to every single person in the world, because it is not for the faint of heart. very nice cook book.

I suggest to buy it as a good resource.

As a newly diagnosed with kidney disease, I found this book extremely informative and helpful; I suggest to buy it as a good resource. It teaches one to stand your ground and to protect yourself from taking unnecessary burden, unfair treatment, and manipulation from corrupt people. Well, most people aren't kind, and this book prepared me for reality. It doesn't teach one to be self absorbed or evil or a heretic.
