. Different meal prep tips and ideas are discussed as well as mistakes to avoid and which equipment you will need. I tested out the Bell Pepper Nacho Slices and the family was impressed. Definitely recommended.

Great recipes but many are rather high calorie. Would prefer recipes by various calorie level total macros. But these will be great once I hit goal weight

Great gift for low carb or keto fan.

Bought for my son, who is ketogenic and loves the new recipes because he can fix things his wife will eat with him. He was very happy to get the cookbook, and had already invited people to come try the food when he called to thank me.
