It’s full of great recipes.

This audiobook is full of great information on how to start and maintain, also has great info on intermediate fasting with a ketogenic diet I highly recommend this book for anyone starting this way of eating. Also, it’s full of great recipes.

This is an excellent book.

This is an excellent book, in which every method of losing weight is described in detail, there is a nutrition plan, recipes, recommendations. It was very interesting to listen to the ketogenic diet and learn all the intermittent fasting methods. Of course, any diet should be supported by physical exertion, there are several exercises that are not difficult to perform and which do not take much time. It was helpful to listen to every volume of what mistakes are and how to avoid them. I still think that intermittent fasting is better for me.

Great informative!

There are recipes and meal plans with insights into eating at restaurants and snacking and exercising. Incorporated into the Keto Diet is Intermittent Fasting, another link to successful weight loss. I highly recommend this book for anyone wanting to get into the Keto Diet or just know about it.

Overall great description.

It gives an overall description of the diet and what it can do. It starts with explaining, giving hints for success, shopping lists, recipes, and sample meals. Very easy to follow. I started the diet for two weeks and lost weight, lowered my sugar A1c and in such a short time felt like I was more awake, alert, and physically stronger with fewer ailments.

The guides go into great detail about what to eat and not to eat, how to tell if you are succeeding, and what to know to be successful. It gives far-reaching foundation data just as understanding about Intermittent Fasting. It's a very learning methodology. Giving some demonstrated tips and steps.

Well better late than never for me.

Well better late than never for me. I have got to say, this has got to be one of the best value buys in my listening journey so far. Its virtually got everything, the science, the step by step methods , the small but important details, how to do fasting , what to look out for when fasting , how to get into ketogenic , what to do while in ketogenic, what to do if you cannot get ketogenic, low card etc. well looks like I managed to drone on quite a bit I must say, but honestly, I am really pleased with this. You will love this book for sure.

This is an excellent diet book for beginners. Here you will find lots of healthy and delicious diet recipes that will help you to lose your weight and lead a healthy life. Useful book.

I got much essential info from this book. Intermittent fasting gives one the ability to extend life, improve concentration, prevent insulin resistance, reduce inflammation, possibly stave off or control some diseases as well as improve the entire aging process. There are forms of intermittent fasting in various groups around the world that exist in religious practices. The overall best content guide from the Author prescribed!

Great fasting recipe book 🙂. Intermittent fasting may be the answer that you are looking for! Instead of having to constantly watch how much food you eat and only being restricted to certain foods, you will focus more on the amount of time for your eating window and for your fasting window.
