A Great Resource for Keto Beginners!

Highly informative and the approach of keto + fasting is an incredibly powerful and energizing combo. Synthesizes a lot of important stuff that has been coming out about health lately including things like cold exposure. Even down to the philosophy of everything. Very glad to own it. Best Ketogenic Diet and Intermittent Fasting Guide

These are super delicious ketogenic recipes along with intermittent diet plan they doing rapid action in weight loss and low carb. It's the perfect book to complement the books that explain the theory, biological processes, supplementation, and scientific studies backing a Keto diet. It is full of healthy recipes, which I love. If you have health problems I encourage you to get this book, it can change your life. In fact, I've got a beneficial result after following the instructions of this book. I feel so much better now.

A diet that really works.

Intermittent Fasting is everything i need! The we of us is husband and wife....and we enjoy "planning" the "fast" days menu and look forward to those days amazingly! We feel better on the FAST DAYS than we do on the "other" days.
I recommend you buy the book though, because it boggles your mind how healthy it actually is and how this diet helps with chronic illnesses like diabetes, it is inspiring! Go be your best you!

Full set of information

It was very interesting to listen about the ketogenic diet and learn all the intermittent fasting methods. Of course, any diet should be supported by physical exertion, there are several exercises that are not difficult to perform and which do not take much time. It was helpful to listen the chapter on what mistakes are and how to avoid them. I still think that intermittent fasting is better for me. Started the fasting program and it is working! The info on the benefits of fasting is nothing new, but how he explains this type of fasting that you can easily apply it to your life is great.

Well packaged

The information was presented in a clear, straightforward way. I feel confident about working with intermittent fasting, and now I know where to look for more in depth information and support. The research indicates a metabolic link with dementia, cancer and diabetes that intermittent fasting can help interrupt and reverse. I feel much more hopeful about living longer. Thanks for share all this information with people like me.

It worked well for me

This book is filled with information and knowledge. It's been a game changer for me to make so big changes in my life. It worked well for me. I chose in my brain and understood that the book is extremely astonishing, the writer has made it beautifully.The truth is, I am exceptionally upbeat that I have acquired this book, extremely the book has been masterminded well. The most important benefit is that I've lost my fear of hunger.

This audio book is mega-thorough

This book exceeded my expectations! For someone just starting out, I wanted to get going, but there is tons of information I am having to wade through just to find square-one. If you want to get going on the Keto diet, you might want a more basic book to begin with; this one would be good for someone who wants to TEACH the Keto diet. You will learn a lot from it.

Effective

Ketogenic diet ans d intermittent fasting have been an effective diet ever since. So I think this book is a perfect reference to get the desired results of both weight loss methods. This is really adorable and worth having. I believe the are effect methods of losing extra fats. If you want to lose your weight so fast i will surly recommended this audio book.

very informative book

If you're looking for a good book on intermittent fasting that is either an introduction to the concept or a new reference point in your ongoing journey of intermittent fasting then I must say that this book is a great reference. It combines tasty meals with comprehensive ingredient lists with a reassuring scientific backing that gives me the confidence that these recipes have not just been cobbled together by someone who knows nothing about intermittent fasting.  It explains that intermittent fasting can save you time and money as well as help you lose weight. The author is careful to point out that during periods when not fasting, it is better if you eat nutritious foods. This is a really helpful book for those who are new to the keto lifestyle or want to know more about its rules. I liked the easy to follow introduction which provided information on the history and science behind the popular diet.

a wonderful book

If you’ve been following along so far, you’ll probably have guessed how to put your body into a state of ketosis. Simply put, you need to eat fat – lots and lots of fat. And you need to restrict your carb intake. It requires dedication, discipline, and a willingness to understand the science behind your diet. If you can handle that, you’re well on your way to getting into ketosis and staying there. There’s no requirement to clear your pantry, no cost involved and best of all it’s easy, just find the intermittent fasting schedule that fits your lifestyle. When I did listening to this audible, I was able to understand what it is, what to eat and do to lose weight and live healthier. It is a wonderful book to have and easy to follow. Serves as a reference book.

gives you a variety of source information

I found this book very easy to read and understand. It gives you a variety of source information as well as great starting point. It allows enough time for your body to adjust to the ketogenic diet and go through some of the early adaptation symptoms you may experience. In order to get into ketosis, you must be able to stick to a method of intermittent fasting. During your fasting period if you attempt any form of exercise this will push your body to use more fuel and burn any stored supplies of energy much quicker. This book is so natural to look through that it makes it workable for anybody to be keto. If you are a beginner there is a lot of good information at the start of the book that explains the keto diet and the foods you can eat.

This is an excellent book, in which every method of losing weight is described in detail, there is a nutrition plan, recipes, recommendations. It was very interesting to read about the ketogenic diet and learn all the intermittent fasting methods.  It contains good background information so that if you are not already familiar with either of these regimens then you will get a good basis to work with as you explore and become more knowledgeable. It is important to know what are the foods that you should eat as well as the foods that you should avoid when you are on a ketogenic diet in which you will also learn from this book. This book aims to explain how nutrition and a healthy diet play an important role in a woman’s health, and it discusses the potential benefits of the keto diet. Keto may be great for some people, but it’s important to understand the risks and think of yourself as a unique individual who has specialized health needs. It’s fine to use the books for reference, but not for medical recommendations — for that, see your doctor. I like the fact that this diet, over most diets, is so fully satisfied because of the higher fat content.
