Great way for weight loss!

I am excited to attempt my first extended fat fast before I work my way into a true extended fast. Enough information to get you going. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone interested in learning about this diet! Great way for weight loss!This diet is with me for life.

This is absolutely a wonderful book to listen. I found the information so interesting and worth keeping. Intermittent fasting can be a very effective weight loss method if you just follow this manual.

This book was very helpful in understanding how fasting actually works.This book providing lots of useful information about intermittent fasting for women. This book was very well written. This book gave a lot of info in an easy to understand manner. I am a fan of intermittent fasting and recently started using this method the last couple months to drop weight.

Great one!!

Intermittent fasting is a tried and true method of eating that human beings have been utilizing for thousands and thousands of years, without even really knowing the true extent of its benefits. It teaches us when to eat and when not to eat. It also teaches us that involving ourselves in this kind of diet is not a one-shot take. For it to be effective, it should be done constantly, and for life.

Very well written.

This book was very well written. It was a easy and understandable listen. The other books I listen were a bunch of scientific facts, that were hard to understand. The important difference is, This is an excellent intermittent fasting book for women. It has some tips and tricks, which improve health. It is the best way to use intermittent fasting for muscle gain. I think it is a handy book.
