This book is full of great recipes. Straight forward information. I have ordered about five cookbooks on anti cancer and alkaline cooking and this book has been the best for me.

simple and super tasty.

I like the way this book is easy to listen. It provides a recipes, lists of foods to eat and a list of foods to stay away from. The book contains empirical data for the reasons to eat an Alkaline diet

I am so impressed with this audiobook.

I am so impressed with this audiobook and this author. I was recently diagnosed with severe osteoporosis at age 64, and everything in this audiobook rings true to me - gut issues, pH imbalances, hormone disruption, etc.... I have researched so many approaches to healing and nutrition. I even tried the Keto diet and it just didn't work with my digestive system

Remarkable!

It was educational and I learned quite a few things I didn't know. But my level of interest went down a little when I reached the sample meal plans, because they were all so limited and boring and I know I could never keep to a diet like that. Thanks to this book, however, I am back to eating and enjoying potatoes again.

Best audiobook about Intermittent Fasting!

Very easy to listen and informative, it helped me understand the benefits to the body by eating one time a day. This isn't a diet, it's truly a new way to view things. I'm making the change to one meal a day.

Absolutely inspiration.

The human body regulates and maintains the PH balance by eliminating excess acid from the body. But at times if our diet results in over eating certain kind of food item then the body acid can become imbalanced without our body really responding and showing until we may become sick and ill.

This is an excellent Alkaline Diet guide audiobook. This audiobook step by step guide very useful for me. Absolutely amazing guide audiobook for weight loss. Easily understood by a non-technical reader, like me. There are pictures that appeals better to me than plain text. This Alkaline Diet audiobook helped me to synthesize and answer so many questions I've had about an alkaline lifestyle and how to get started and the research behind it.
