PHENOMENAL!! Recipes are easy to follow, I haven't yet come across an ingredient that would be hard to find, and the outcome is always scrumptious!

Unique one

I would recommend a basic pantry list at the beginning and shorten the weekly grocery requirements. I am a convert to the Mediterranean eating plan but I do explore other resources to compare.

Recommended!

The plan is easy to understand and use, the meals consisting of ingredients that are either on hand or easy to find anywhere. There is prep involved, but most of it is easily done within a half an hour, not including cook times.

Covers Everything

Definitely the meals take time and they take planning -- but you can do weekend prep and freezing -- and make it work if you want to badly enough. The food is delicious and really for a family that stayed away from processed food to begin with this was an easy step to make. You will lose weight with this lifestyle, you will not be starving -- and will enjoy the food while doing it.

Excellent Book


Useful book before you even get to the recipes. Good explanations of healthy portion sizes and how to create a balanced diet outside of actually dieting (includes simple exercise plan). Good easy to follow recipes with enough variation to avoid straying.

My Personal Favorite


Great book. I loved the meal plans. The accompanying recipes are delicious and easy to prepare. You don't need a lot of weird ingredients. I like the philosophy behind the Mediterranean diet and also the fact that the book is written by registered dietitian.

Dream Comes True

A lot of good information about the Mediterranean Wight Loss Diet before it even gets to the recipes. I had thought it would just be full of recipes but a lot of good information. Diet, exercise, plans. Very simple to put into use.

Wonderful
