This book opened up a whole new world to keto!

it’s everything you need to know about keto and how it can work for you.There is a wealth of information in this audiobook. While the recipe books provide amazing information on keto eating, this book fills in all the gaps with questions you have or why your body responds the way it does and how to problem-solve what is needed to make it better. It goes into such detail on how the human body functions.

Really helped me get into how of keto works

I started the keto diet a few weeks ago and I love that this book goes into detail about which foods are okay to eat and which are not. I also love that it gives plenty of recipes. This made it so much easier for me to start this diet and succeed.

Love the recipes and explanations.

This is a quick easy breakdown of the ketogenic lifestyle, it's great for beginners who need a place to start.At first, I wasn't sure what the Ketogenic Diet was, but after absorbing the information, I feel more knowledgeable. Best ketodiet book

The author includes suggestions on substituting ingredients if you're trying to avoid certain foods. Don't be overwhelmed with all the content in this book; if you're going to make a dietary lifestyle change, you want to have a well researched book like this one!

Delicious and easy recipes

I like how detailed It is

Provided meal plans to help me get started. I liked the fact that it spelled out the various stages of adjustment and what to expect, as well as how the high fat content will effect the body. I would recommend this book to anyone who is seriously looking into alternative eating habits for weight loss. I have seen the results and want to give it a try.

Highly recommend!

I love the way keto is described and the science behind the recommendations are easy to understand and sound. I thought it would be really hard to make the change to a keto, but this book made it very easy.
This book sums everything up sections and makes the idea of being keto adapted for life seem sustainable. This book is the essential guide to the Keto way of life.

Well done.

This was a more itemized guide with the greater part of it containing content while the rest had the formulas. Generally speaking, this is really a learner's guide! The advantages of the eating regimen in the body are well explained. This is really a good guide for accurately managing your diet while keeping your energy and health! I love the narration as well.
