This book is just what you need to get started all the recipes are so good that even if your spouse doesn't want to jump on board they will equally enjoy the food. The step by step meal guides and shopping lists make it easy to find what you need for the week.

This book is easy to understand, and a great resource for some delicious recipes. Everyone I have made so far has been DELICIOUS! My family has also been pleasantly surprised.

The recipes are delicious! Some I didn't think I would like but was pleasantly surprised and so glad I gave them a try. I lost 20 pounds the first 30 days and am just starting my 2nd cycle. My energy is up and my sleep is improved. Don't feel you have to adopt the entire lifestyle in one day. Start with the weekly eating plan and keep improving.
