So far I have really enjoyed these recipes

This is not only a recipet audio audiobook, but an educational audiobook on inflammation. I would highly recommend for anyone with weight issues, inflammation, arthritis, diabetes, allergies and anyone with digestive disorders. I'm a certified nutrition health coach and have given this audiobook as a gift and listen it myself. Will buy again to give as a gift.

Esay to follow instructions.

There are some really great recipes in here! I love the helpful info in the beginning, and I like that it labels recipes that are Mediterranean diet (also Vegan and Paleo, but that doesn’t apply to me).

This is a very handy audiobook to have.

This audiobook is amazing! The recipes are fabulous. You can follow this plan and be fully satisfied, all the while losing weight. Many of my issues have resolved. You won't miss the inflammatory triggers one bit. Highly recommend.

Love this audiobook! The action plans are such a great tool to use along with the tips given on each recipe for each action plan. An easy way to not only follow the recommended 4 week meal plan, but also develop your own future meal plans. So happy I decided to get this audiobook!

It is a good meal plan audiobook...

It’s a good GUIDE... not a good meal plan audiobook... UNLESS you’re good with spending overa week.The INFORMATION is good. The recipes are nice. We spent on just 2 days of the meal plan... we will be using this as a GUIDE and remaining on an anti-inflammatory meal plan of our own and sometimes incorporating the recipes.

Excellent book.

Excellent book. It has many unique ideas for using both common and less common ingredients. I especially liked the sweet potato muffin recipe that uses oats as the only flour, and incorporates almond butter as a protein/fat.

Good read, fast delivery, qould listen to it again

Great book to purchase to give to a parent or loved one who needs well balanced meals without flaring up their symptoms. The book has amazing layout and great pictures to show what the foods look like. Each recipe looked really good and full of flavor. No way to wait to try these recipes

I like all the recipe sin this book and i was hungry while listening to it and i think these will be added to my cookbook as these are healthy and geared to those who are looking to change the way the immune system reacts as you are restoring it. I am interested in this not only to feel better and make my body happy but maybe even weight will be lost in the meantime.

Beautifully put together.

Well put together book with 4 week meal plans designed to aid in helping with inflammation. It lists rules, benefits and challenges with making changes to your diet. There is a part which discusses cravings and walks you through overcoming them. Some of the recipes are quite simple while others will send you on multiple outings for certain ingredients.

It will benifit your health.

I have not really finished the book but I have been enjoying some of the recipes and I love them. I love the Spinach muffins. I have already lost 2 pounds in the 2 and 1/2 weeks I have been making some of the recipes. I hope this way of eating will curtail the arthritis inflammation which is starting to creep up in my system. I am sure I will benefit with overall health.

Great recipes, and thoughtful and useful accommodation of people's preferences. I am glad I bought the book. Similar to whole 30. If you follow this diet, you will definitely feel relief in your joints, you'll sleep better, & you'll lose weight.

All the recipes I've tried so far have been great.
