The recipes in the audiobook have really helpfull

The recipes in the audiobook have really helped me try some new combos and they are great! The anti-inflammatory diet cookbook is really cool! Great recipes! I use this audiobook often.

Fantastic Book, very informative.

So much to read and great recipes. I've already recommended it to my friends. Thesis a fabulous, informative book. I've learned a great deal from it and been helped by using and understanding some of the problems I've been having.

Diet is helping my health problems.

I'm doing the vegan plan and have tried one of the Salmon dishes. But for vegan plan you might just be eating some roasted cauliflower (only) or broccoli slaw (only) for dinner or lunch.

Decent book, nothing earth shattering but accurate

Good book on a very important topic. Concise without being turgid, with a variety of options to choose from. Just what I was looking for. Good price and quickly delivered. I'm pleased.

Excellent collection of health recipes.

I've made at least a dozen of the recipes so far, and they've all become family favorites. Good starter book for those suffering with inflammation. I loved the intro and have marked several recipes I plan to make. Already made 1 this week and I loved it!

Most Important for heath issues.

This book is amazing! I've wanted to try an aip diet for a long time but was overwhelmed by the lists of what to and not to eat. This book gives specific meal plans and recipes that made it much less complicated.

Easy recipes, also very educational.

Easy to read and easy to follow recipes. I am new to the anti inflammatory way of eating and this book has made it simple and easy to follow while I am figuring out the path I need to take.

Best Inflammatory diet book.

This is a great resource, and gives real life eating plans and recipes. Less restrictive than some diet recommendations, but on target with all the other literature.

Immense flavor and the great recipes.

Recipes are delicious! In a world of diets full of either fat or lack there off, this cookbook as immense amount of flavor and the recipes are easy and can be made and packed for lunches or dinners on different days.

Great ideas for living better.

Love! I have made several items out of this and so far they have all been great! Just made the leak fennel pear soup it was excellent! Oh and The Chia putting is very yummy! Fantastic results for feeling better. So easy to apply the recommendations. Good and easy recipes for new and better way to eat and live.

Good read, fast delivery, qould listen to it again

Great book to purchase to give to a parent or loved one who needs well balanced meals without flaring up their symptoms. The book has amazing layout and great pictures to show what the foods look like. Each recipe looked really good and full of flavor. No way to wait to try these recipes

I like all the recipe sin this book and i was hungry while listening to it and i think these will be added to my cookbook as these are healthy and geared to those who are looking to change the way the immune system reacts as you are restoring it. I am interested in this not only to feel better and make my body happy but maybe even weight will be lost in the meantime.

Beautifully put together.

Well put together book with 4 week meal plans designed to aid in helping with inflammation. It lists rules, benefits and challenges with making changes to your diet. There is a part which discusses cravings and walks you through overcoming them. Some of the recipes are quite simple while others will send you on multiple outings for certain ingredients.

It will benifit your health.

I have not really finished the book but I have been enjoying some of the recipes and I love them. I love the Spinach muffins. I have already lost 2 pounds in the 2 and 1/2 weeks I have been making some of the recipes. I hope this way of eating will curtail the arthritis inflammation which is starting to creep up in my system. I am sure I will benefit with overall health.

you'll feel better, & you'll lose weight.

Great recipes, and thoughtful and useful accommodation of people's preferences. I am glad I bought the book. Similar to whole 30. If you follow this diet, you will definitely feel relief in your joints, you'll sleep better, & you'll lose weight.

want to take better care of yourself?

All the recipes I've tried so far have been great.

Within a 10 + days of following an anti-inflammatory as outlined in this book, my pain has decreased dramatically. All the recipes I've tried so far have been great. Definitely recommend!
