Helps reduce flares.

I’ve cut out a the processed food and followed Ross’s advice and I felt better within a week. That might not be the case for everyone, and even just eating more fruit and hand prepared vegetables might in itself be a reason for my new feel-good factor rather than it having an effect on my RA.

An alternative to Drug treatment

I live in the US and our fast food culture I have long thought really does not do our bodies any great favours. This books basically points that right out and lays down some home cooked choices to get you back to where you need to be – on a healthy diet.

A Vegetarian approach to RA

I’ve long been considering trying a vegetarian approach to help fight my RA symptoms so this was a good find. Some plans and recipes which seem easy to follow along with some encouragement from the author – a fellow sufferer of rheumatoid arthritis
