I love Dash Diet recipes

I love Dash Diet recipes and it is a perfect book for me. I have tried lots of books it's one of the best books for me. This book was exactly what I was looking for as a guide for implementing the Dash Diet. It has a month's worth of meal plans, as well as some necessary recipes. it gives great tips for eating out and grocery store trips. It gives nutritional information for meals. It tells how to plan meals on your own, and reviews some of the basics guiding this diet. The Dash Diet is highly recommended

Delicious recipes and enlightening!

I don't have many cookbooks in my digital library, so I appreciate the easy to follow format. This books guides one through an eating plan from shopping list to recipes, while stressing the importance of moving at a comfortable pace and making changes that will be for the long-term. I have a family history of hypertension, and it "woke me up" to the importance of healthy eating and a healthy lifestyle!

Great book! Lots of great recipes.

The Complete DASH Diet for Beginners is a great introduction to the DASH Diet. Each recipe has an ingredient tip or a substitution tip. The recipes are easy to follow, but I would like to see more photos of the finished recipe. I received this book for free from the publisher.
