Decent content, few gems, but tough to listen.

Worth it for a couple gems. But it borders on unlistenable; you are constantly reminded that he is reading...and not well. Countless awkward pauses and lack of spirit in conveying the story.

Great advice, difficult reader

Do yourself a favor and read the hard copy. The book is great (although I could have done without the contrived romance subplot): it's sales advice provided in narrative form. The reader of the audiobook speaks in very short spurts (in terms of volume and speed). The first word of the phrase is punched--almost yelled--yet two words later, he's mumbling so quietly I can barely make out what he was saying. Very difficult to follow.

Great, useful information in a story format that's easy to digest

I wasn't expecting this book to be so good. I heard about it after listening to "The Miracle Morning for Real Estate Agents" (I think it's called)

A must read for all in real estate!

Life changing!

Loved this book. Though, it did take me a little to get used to the author's reading style (performance). So many helpful tips on how to better yourself and your career.

The book has me shook

You are embarking on a journey of getting better, is that true? Hopefully everyone of you will get moved by this book as well. Now there's decisions to make, do you continue to do what you've been doing or do you change up your approach and give the lessons in this book a chance? It's an entirely different way to succeed at business, but the principles outlined make more than enough sense to work.

Great info, pitiful narration

I found the story and tips to be effective. However, the narration is choppy and inexperienced, which can take away from the experience.

Big advert for other products - still useful

Although the ideas presented in this book are useful and practical, I felt like I was being asked to buy several other products to get the full message. It keeps breaking off, asking me to look at web links to find out more. The reader missed a lot of punctuation while reading, which is mildly annoying, but he was still very entertaining. all in all, would recommend Googling the title of the book and finding a summary on the concepts over actually buying the book.

Fantastic plan for creating community in business.

If you strive to create a business that has meaning, this is a great read. The narration is a little clumsy, however it is easy to listen to. I bought the book as well so I can use it as a resource along with the website.

Now a favorite!

Not your typical business book. I read several a week and this one was very easy to listen to, and I actually finished it all in one day and plan on listening again before the end of the week!

A ton of actionable tips all given through an entertaining story with relatable characters. At some points seems more like a drama than a business book, but adds rather than takes away from the overall quality content.

A great listen.

Well Delivered

I really enjoyed this book. I bought 2 books at the same time and I preferred the delivery of this one much more. The story of "Rick" is such a good way to experience the journey of transformation from following these principles.

This is an absolute bargain considering the quality of knowledge that is in this book.
