The best guide for agents
I used to be coached by Tim and Julie Harris and I’m going to sign up again for coaching. I listened to this book first and it has so much solid info in it. Every agent should read/listen to this book.

with the exception of some very few irrelevant and annoying advice that talks about wearing a Rolex watch and buying the most expensive make up, This book really gives you a very solid, and actionable road map to becoming a wealthy, successful agent. Strongly recommend this book.
