I like the book. A lot of great ideas and strategies might be better to own the book so you can refer back to all the list of leadership qualities and strategies. So much information might have been better to do less lists and more focused ideas …still good enough I am considering to buy the hardcopy.

Do you feel stuck in the "middle" (management)?

A GREAT book with tremendous insight and tips for anyone in middle management to become a 360 degree leader...there are so many takeaways and golden nuggets to give you a new outlook and mindset on your position in the company and how much "power" (influence) you can actually have.
