Great book for agents new and experienced
I bought this book based on the author’s reputation on Bigger Pockets. I just started a team and have hired a brand new agent! Once I was in two chapters I started bragging to my coach and other agents about how terrific this book is! I purchased my new agent the audio and hard copy versions! To be a part of our growing team you must read this book !!! It’s filled with guidance and structure to set the path to real estate success! Great job David! Love it.

Pragmatic, Self-Promoting, and Full of Hidden Gems
If you any full-time, or even some focused part-time, experience in real estate sales, you will find some aspects of the book are overly basic. However, if you can get over the regular reference to joining the Bigger Pockets community as a premium subscriber (which I do support but still don’t like constant upsell in this format), there really are some great points of practical and applicable information, which, if applied correctly, will absolutely make you a better agent and add to your bottom line. I’ve been a full-time realtor for 6 years, have my brokers license, and am a multiple six-figure earner in my real estate sales business and was still able to pull out some hidden gems that I am now applying in my business and already beginning to see results stem from those efforts. This book is like all education, you will get out of it (monetarily and otherwise) what you do with it. Worth the listen.
