Not great...

I just came from "The way of men" to this and I must say this guy sounds like an immature teenager repeating himself over and over again in comparison. Very hard to listen to. Kind of like listening to that self righteous friend (who discovered "discipline" over the last month from youtube)

Bunk. Dude is an idiot. Immaturely Inflammatory

Spoken with the grace of an angry teenager having a hissy fit. Clearly his IQ is comparable to the number of chapters,in this thoroughly repetitive waste of time. Has nothing unique, helpful, or informative to say so he tries to compensate by delivering it in an inflammatory fashion. You would think he had never even read the book let alone authored it from the thickness of the words in his mouth. Save your money and read the back cover of any generic, motivational, self-help, efficiency, or productivity publication, and throw in some superlatives and an unoriginal theme of your choice, then recite it 5 or 600 times changing only the adjective used to describe the same character defect, or dysfunction.

Waste of time

I should have known this was a bad book after 5 minutes and the authors story about how he realized how messed up his life was because he was a smoker who always forgot his lighter. Never mind he was a college graduate with a wife and family and a professional aircraft mechanic earining a high income... his life was screwed because he would do little things like "forget his lighter". wow pretty convincing.

There was a whole section dedicated to how to wash ones self. really? ok im done

Not Impressive

A Tai Lopez style "you can do anything" book that wreaks of self aggrandizement. Anything that bases its guidance on beating the system and being the 1% that actually understands how to be super crazy radical successful smells of bullshit to me.

Motivation For Your Bros

Good concepts. Very repetitive. Very bro. The overarching theme is quit being a pussy, handle the shit you're avoiding, create a plan, eliminate distractions.

He takes a lot of concepts from motivational speakers and puts them through a filter of a 20-something bro.

Shame on the Publisher.

This is why an airplane mechanic should not pretend to be a writer. Not one original thought, just a pathetic regurgitation of others ideas. Complete waste of time and money, you could here this sadly written discourse in any yuppie bar. Another wanna be life coach without any real knowledge of life. You will never be one of the people you quote if you continue to pretend your already in their league. Scrap your internet education and take some writing courses.

Good Gentleman reference

A book of good advice for men that isn't one of those lame pick up artist types. I wish he wouldn't quote David Dangelo or Conner MacGregor so much but the rest is very good

Excellent

If you liked any of his previous work, you will love this. A bit repetitive and small audio issues but it drives home the points he's trying to make.
Anyone who's not 100% happy with the way they are going through life needs to read this book.
I love Brian Tracy books but this is more direct approach.

Tough love start to finish

Theres nothing new from a self improvement point of view but then what is?

Self improvement is about getting the reps in and programming the mind with a constant stream of information, of which this book provides.

We go to the gym and rep out the same exercises to build our body, our mind is no different. This book is just another rep, but a really good one, to solidify self improvement beliefs and strategies.

Highly recommended

If you’ve never read a self improvement book it could be ok

It’s basically filled with cliches and common wisdom, read in a monotone voice that sounds like he would rather be doing anything else other than narrating the book. I couldn’t struggle through the whole thing.
