Do you want to know how to get started in RE?

I have been an agent for just over a year now and just found this book. I spent the first day listening for over 3 hours and couldn't wait to listen the next day. I have begun to set up my next year by setting up my next week of jumping into my Prospecting. My only gripe is that the documents they mention in the book are not available on Audible. So, I am going to buy the physical book as well, cause I want those Scripts!

Extremely Concise and Helpful

Provides a very actionable plan for prospecting. One of the most detailed and helpful real estate books I’ve read, from a nuts and bolts perspective. Read it.

I haven't implemented yet, as I JUST finished, but there is a tremendous amount of information to begin building a Playbook from so to speak.

Insightful

Very insightful, I thought this was well worth the price. You could tell have systems, processes and procedures spoken about in this book will inevitably lead to success. I have also read SOI, which is another phenomenal book.

Absolute Goldmine

As a new agent with limited guidance, this manual really put things into perspective when we think about what it really takes to become an effective sales professional. The biggest takeaways for me were 1. Mindset 2. Consistency 3. gradual improvement. The way my business looks now is filled with numerous "Nos" with an occasional "yes" from my typical prospecting efforts; I'm on with it because I'm confident we are on the right track! Highly recommend this resource.
