Very good.
When I discovered that this book was effective I immediately told my mother because my sister had this condition (anxiety) I wanted to help my sister because I see her struggling with her situation. I did not regret that we bought this book. My sadness disappeared when I saw my sis gradually getting back to normal.

Helpful!
All I can say in this book is thank you. Aside from helping my brother, it also helped me to get some information about the condition. I can't imagine that this condition is very dangerous, especially those who are weak or vulnerable.
