Useful.

CBT is widely used in treating anxiety and depression, depression, control your emotion and other addictions.
But with the help of this guide, I also learned that CBT can also be used for mentally healthy people to increase their productivity, overall satisfaction in life and solve specific problems in different spheres of life and just master their cognitive and emotional state. It was an interesting read and full of helpful advice.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

A lot of the material proved to be an eye opener for me. It is essential that the reader takes the time to write down their thoughts as requested throughout the book. Take the time to review these notes as you progress through the book, you will learn a lot.

excellent

A great book that provides a clear textual explanation of key concepts, gives good examples, and then gives great short videos to go with the text. This is an improvement on an already excellent 1st edition that has been used well in graduate school classes.
