This Anxiety relief audio book is great for us !

A lot of good information

Sometimes I get a little bit of anxiety feelings but don't want to take prescription drugs to control the sensations of a slightly elevated heart beat and just a general feeling of anxiety. These little guys work great 2 to 3 under my tongue usually does the trick but if not they're safe enough to take two or three more until those feelings subside. This product works well for me!

I like the substance of this audio book.

This audio book is life-changing. If you are curious to learn more about anxiety, panic attacks, etc. or hoping to retrain your anxious thoughts, I highly recommend this audio book. It helps you rationalize and think-through your anxious thoughts and find ways to tolerate the anxiety. here is so much to learn which aided in putting my anxious brain at ease.

I highly recommend this audio book

Used this when I got home from work and it relaxed me so much where I would usually still be stressed from work. Great narration and the music is very relaxing! Enjoying meditating with this a lot
