I love self help audio books, but I'm also into the evidence based material rather than the spiritual or emotional lathered ones. It cites multiple studies on human psychology, economics, and evolution to show why women do what they do and why alpha males do what they do. Most importantly, it gives multiple hypothetical scenarios of men-women interactions to illustrate the ideas and make them easier to grasp. This is the other end of the spectrum compared to Way of the Superior Man, which describes human relationships in a spiritual way. Both are amazing books, but me being a scientist, I prefer the rational approach. I definitely recommend it for the thinking man.

This really will open your eyes to adding some edge to how you project yourself to women. It's kind of disappointing to have your eyes opened regarding societal misinformation of being a "nice guy." But the approach presented here provides the path and focus to improve yourself and become more of a presence with women.

Good solid advice no man should ignore. Strikes at the heart of the Selfish gene theory propogated by some pua artist.
