Publisher's Summary

Best-selling author Brett Bacon, Esq. shows you how to use specific, practical techniques that you can immediately use to dramatically reduce stress in your sales work. Part one of this book addresses how to deal with the stress of finding good prospects and also how to defeat stress in your sales presentations when you are in front of the customer. Part two shows you how to avoid sales slumps or how to get yourself out of one if you are in it. Part three teaches you how to prevent sales burnout and gives you concrete tools to not only survive a life-long sales career, but to truly prosper in your sales career.

You should listen to this book if you have any of the following worries and want to really do something about it:

 • You worry about finding new customers and keeping the customers that you already have
 • You worry about how to make more money in sales
 • You worry about how to maintain your current level of sales success;
 • You stress over how to consistently meet your sales goals
 • You have lost your enthusiasm for sales and don't know how to get it back
 • You hate dealing with objections from customers
 • You are a small business owner and your sales numbers are not high enough and you are worried about staying in business
 • You dread asking for the sale during your sales presentation
 • You are experiencing a sales slump
 • You are feeling burned-out and are on the brink of quitting sales altogether

It doesn't matter what your job title is - sales associate, sales manager, account manager, territory manager, entrepreneur, business owner, etc. - if you are in the business of persuading customers, fellow employees, vendors, and suppliers, then you are in the business of persuasion and your ultimate success is determined by how well you manage the stress of persuasion. If you don't have a specific plan to attack the stress, then the stress will attack you.

Well written book that keeps you listening. The narrator carried the narrative through nicely and was a pleasure to listen to. I don’t usually listen to books in this category, but will be looking for more from this author in the future.

* I was given a free copy of the book from AudiobookBlast dot com in exchange for a fair and honest review.
