The Complete Keto Meal Plan does a good job explaining the basics of the ketogenic diet. Plenty of recipes that I look forward to trying out. Meal prep tips are helpful. This book has very good info for a beginner. The recipes with the nutritional values are very helpful. Thank you for this info.

I love this cookbook

I love this cookbook! I cook in my slow cooker at least a couple of times a week, and now that the household is down to two, the leftovers were out of control. No longer! The recipes in here are delicious, OK for my diabetes, and very easy to make.
