Great book. This book is wonderful for healthy ideas. I have meal prepping for a while but sometimes I start to get in a funk and can’t think of anything new to prep, this book has some great recipes in it and they are easy to prep!

I don't have words, I only want to say that The book is very organized. I like how easy you can follow the recipe. The recipe is very easy and simple to follow up, and the main ingredient is very easy to find. Amazing!

Great source of different types of meal
This is a great resource for many different types of meals that are easy to prep on Sunday and have meals for the week. It has been a great way for me to reach my healthy eating goals. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks- this book does not disappoint.

This book is generally excellent and it contains a great deal of new and viable advances. It gives an essential clarification of complete keto diet cookbook for Beginners and a ton of extraordinary, simple prep formulas.

Amazing!
I had others listen in the hardback that was more difficult to follow and recipes were too advanced or I could not find the ingredients. The narration was excellent.
