I am extremely happy to listen to this book.

Lots of simple, tasty recipes with ingredients. A lot of the recipes do have more than 5 ingredients, but those are usually salt and pepper, butter. Normal cupboard, fridge items. LOVE the pancake recipe and the peanut butter cookie recipe. Anybody should be able to find recipes that you can get on the table in a short time. Pretty sure this cookbook, will be a favorite.

Love this one

I found useful information here that based on author understanding Ketogenic diet. The keto recipes are simple, adaptable, keto-friendly, and easy to create in crock pot. There are ideas for appetizers, breakfast, soups and stews, meat, seafood, and desserts.

Useful book!!

An excellent book and keto diet gives results and many recipes consist of different products and in this book, there are only 5 ingredients that are important in the keto diet and these products are easy to find in any store and now i use this book as the basis for main courses and i like cooking and have much interested in learning western recipes and different favors of food makes my life more enjoyable.

It explains almost everything you needed

I’m always looking for easy crock pot dinners. What I liked about this book is most ingredients are found daily in all households. Us cookers don’t always own every slice known to man, but this book uses simple recipes, easy to follow and can be used in any crockpot. Salmon was the best!

Wonderful

I’ve gotten my BMI and body fat percentage down out of the overweight into the normal category in just 5 weeks! Having good recipes to keep you going is the key! If your thinking about getting this, just pull the trigger.

Informative and effective guide

Good concepts.

There is the table of contents and it doesn't contain an absurd amount of recipes so one can sort through the titles and what have you but one is still used to having an index where things are sorted by the primary food item or under multiple things

Best book and teacher

I was excited to find a cook book that incorporated the crock pot and the Keto diet. The recipes seem simple enough to incorporate into my daily routine and the explanation at the beginning of the book is in Virginia's terms. I appreciated this since I’m new to the Keto world and everything that I have researched is extremely scientific and can be quite complicated.

Very helpful and useful audio.

I've been trying to use my crockpot more recently, but just started the keto diet. I'd been cooking a lot of just plain chicken, so I got this book to help me come up with more ideas. They have a lot of great recipes and it really helped me broaden my keto crockpot dinners!

This was a great book.

My husband and I are new to the Keto diet and when I found this book j just had to have it. Dinner is the busiest time for my family so knowing I can prepare dinner during nap time and it'll be ready by 5 is the best. These recipes are delicious and so flavorful. Really glad I purchased this book.

Definitely worth the listen

I love this book so much! I started the keto diet a couple months ago and was getting tired of eating the same things. This gives me so many options and I love that I can make it in my crockpot and go about my day. We’re a family of 6 so it’s busy and hard to cook healthy! This makes it sooo much easier.
