Hard to listen to. Not very strong science.

I felt like I was listening to an 8th grader read a report on intermittent fasting. She spoke so quickly that it was hard to follow sometimes. People listen to audio books while they are doing other things, so they need to be easy to listen to and absorb the information. Also the author repeatedly mentioned calories in and calories out, which, in my opinion, is outdated. The science in this book is very basic and can be found on the Internet for free. There are much better books science-wise out there.

Great Resource

This book gave a lot of info in an easy to understand manner. I am excited to attempt my first extended fat fast before I work my way into a true extended fast. That's for a trainer.
