If you're looking for a book that will help change your lifestyle and preconceived notions of what's right or wrong for your body and diet - I highly recommend this book! The author really dives into her experience, which really makes this book an asset, you feel less alone, like she's with you having a conversation. I love this book, it's one among the few meal prep books that really taught me something new. i exploit tons of the recipes now. I also add or subtract things now supported my taste. I appreciate the authors gradual process toward moving to meal prep. Helps you are feeling less overwhelmed.
