Bottom line, finally something that Works!

After years of trial and error with many programs, this one has finally worked. My goals were to lose the visceral fat around my waist, feel good and all while maintaining a healthy lifestyle. There are way too many benefits to list. Must read and implement. Simon Keller has changed my life and finally has provided something that makes sense and works.

Best weight loss guide

What was one of the most memorable moments of Intermittent Fasting: A Nutritionist's Guide to Lose Belly Fat Whilst Eating What You Want - It's Simpler Than You Think?

This book does a great job of explaining why, and why working through that is worth it and will lead to lower sugar levels .I loved to have this wonderful guide.

This book answered many questions related to how fasting can better improve health. I heard of fasting for weight loss and health several years ago, but thought it sounded scary. Now that I eat a high fat, low carb diet, it truly does make fasting so easy. And I love how I feel. This book will really motivate you to have healthy lifestyle and get fit. This book taught me how to implement it in my every world. A very quick and easy read. Highly recommended this book to those looking to change their dieting habits.

Intermittent fasting has helped me in several ways and I highly enjoy the lifestyle changes I have seen in my body and mind. It's worth listening for anyone who is interested in learning or starting this diet/program.

comprehensive book.

Here is an inescapable fact: although everyone's body is different, we all function on the same fundamental level. This book explains in-depth the biological processes your body goes through while fasting, and how after just a short amount of time, you will begin to see the amazing physical benefits of intermittent fasting. One of the most common reasons people often give up so quickly on diets and meal plans is because they feel like they are missing out on enjoying the foods they love and frequently experience hunger and cravings. Intermittent fasting is different because it lets you eat delicious food while still losing weight; plus, you will never feel hungry!

There is a ton of great information in this book. Nice and to the point. I'm just beginning IF and this has gone through everything I need to know especially the transition into it. Highly recommend, extreme value. Compact and full of valuable info. Great introduction into the world of fasting. Sets up excitement but also cautions listen.

Filled with lots of good info!

Excellent book that gives in depth knowledge on fasting and fat burning. More importantly, a regular fasting protocol coupled with intermittent fasting is a great and doable approach to great health and permanent weight loss. I learned a lot, loved the format, very informative. I would recommend this book if looking to learn about intermittent fasting.
