Very Informative.
I found this book to be very informative, I had done a lot of my own research before and this book had a lot of what I found. I think if you're new to thinking about Keto this is the book for you. It breaks it all down for you with some easy recipes and meal plans.
I really enjoyed the narration as well he was very clear and didn't speak too fast. I highly recommend for beginners.

Ok so coming from someone who used to weigh around 300 lbs and was around 45% body fat, it's pretty hard to come across actual helpful resources about losing weight. This book changed my life. I found this book to be informative with some easy recipes.
I have been thinking of doing the ketogenic diet so for a beginner this was great for me.
The intermittent fasting I have tried and I have to admit it is difficult but I did lose weight and stayed at the desired weight however intermittent dieting is for life but once you adapt to it it is a great type of diet.
The narrator has a clear voice and is easy to understand.
