Well Explained Book

Great book for intermittent fasting for weight loss if you can implement it into your lifestyle. The author recommends fasting for 1 or 2 times per week for a full 24 hours each time but I'm doing every other day fasting to try to cut weight/fat faster.

Huge Informative Book

I have been searching for a program to help me lose weight, but most are not programs, but diets. I wanted something I could use as long as I wanted going forward. That is what I like best about EAT. STOP. EAT. It is a lifestyle change that you can tweak to your personal situation.
