Great for falling asleep, but after weeks it hasn't really helped certain eating patterns

I've listened to this for a little over 2 weeks, almost every night.

I start at Chapter 3 (past the intro stuff) & It really helps me fall asleep, which is nice!

Usually the mornings after listening I FEEL thinner and usually in a great mood, so that is also good.
I give it three stars because I still have portion control issues and eat to slight over fullness and still have made food choices that I regret.

The reason that I can't rate it any lower is because I realize that the reasons for weight gain, or having a hard time losing weight, are so complex & varied.

It's can't be a "one size fits all" kind of solution. I can see where this really helps many people with different reasons for weight gain.

Puts me to sleep

I not sure about the weight loss yet but it sure puts me to sleep! I am not sure what is on the whole book because I wake up to silence or light music and waves I believe. I need to find the repeat book button. I tend to wake and need to start it again. My husband heard it last night and he said I was being brainwashed! Haha! He kept hearing you are your own person you are your own person. I plugged my ear buds back in and continued to listen until I fell asleep. I will continue the 21 days and see my habits change. I hope so! It's only day four and I think it may be helping a wee bit! Did not have ice cream yesterday at least!

My new favorite hypnosis audio!

I have lost 25lbs. It is a great weight loss tool. It seems easier to eat smaller portions and to make healthier food choices.

Great Tool for weight loss

I noticed a change in the way I thought about food about 2 weeks into listening. I used to obsess about what I was going to eat and when. Now I don't worry about it. I plan my meals out as I've always done, but I don't feel obsessive or like I'm constantly thinking about eating. This book is a nice tool to add to your tool belt to aid in weight-loss. I'm still dieting and hitting the gym, but I like how this book helped turned my thought patterns from negative food association to positive ones.

Really works

Took at least 2-3 weeks and many foods just didn't appeal to me and I felt better about myself. Good listen for caregivers to fall asleep to. Just teaching you the breathing is worth it.

Godsend!

I have had numerous health problems, the most recent advanced cancer. I have not sleep through the night for several years UNTIL now. This relaxes me and puts me into a deep sleep. I now sleep until at least 6 a.m. without waking through the night. Thank You!

Very relaxing and easy way to help you lose weight

This audio is very soothing and easy to fall asleep to which is an odd review for an audio book, but for this audio it is the intention.

this hypnosis

It's great till the last chapter. just when you are sleeping well, the music gets SO loud it wakes me up. SO aggravating.

love it

I am enjoying this so much each night and it seems to be working. I don't seem to be hungry much, not craving things that would hurt my progress. I'm sleeping well. I look forward to trying out more programs like this one in the future. Wish I had tried it sooner.

This book seems to be helping

I fall asleep very easily now, and have lost about 1-2 pounds a week since starting to listen.not changing anything except i don't have an urge to binge on sweets. I feel full on less and don't desire to snack. I feel more confidence at my weight but have enjoyed losing weight. About 13 pounds total now.
