My friend recommended this book and I’m glad he did. Provides an overview of intermittent fasting including the types of fasts, benefits and tips, and meal plans. I’ve been fasting for a week now and already feel better.

Easy to understand for me.

I thought the book was very self explanatory. Easy to understand for me except the figuring of percents of fat, protein and carbs. Nice book for returning to for refreshing your memory.

This book is very very informative, explained on a friendly language, covers every subject you need to know to start keto diet and gives you lots of meal ideas. After getting answers to all my questions, I feel very comfortable to start my diet. Highly recommended.
