An Essential CBT Guide

Helpful but repetitive and mostly represented by this one patient case. A little out-dated. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is seen throughout and well structured by sessions.

Nice Audiobook

I liked it. I have been going through CBT to deal with some anxiety and this gave me a greater understanding of why we do certain activities and exercises certain ways and it really has helped me get the most of my sessions.

Nothing new, but still a good one for beginners.

Nothing new for me, at least. Recommended for users that know nothing about Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Not great use of my time. Liked the price though.
