Blessing

I have a few of Pastor Craig's books. I think this one is my favorite. I'm a counselor trying to teach these same principles to my clients and want to do it in a Biblically sound way. This book is going to become one of my "go tos!" Powerful and Biblical. Someday I would love to have lunch with this amazing couple!

Must read!

I really did like this book. It was captivating and it makes you think about not only your mindset but the mindset of others. This book does have a lot of religious advice, exercises, and excerpts. But i think this book should be read by everyone at leadt once. I am not religious but i felt that the examples, lessons, and verses were helpful. Its a book that gives you a lot to think about and helps you figure out how to sort your thoughts, and dare i say again, mindset.

This was inspiring & I will read it again! I am thankful for someone to be real about their struggles, while still focusing on the need to rely on Jesus.

Yes lawd

The first chapter had me in tears . When I tell people my negativity ,worrying , doubts and anxiety is nothing but the devil. I can feel it. I can hear the devil whisper you’ll never be good enough when I achieve a goal. I can hear the devil say go left when God had shown me my path is on the right. I speak everyday that the devil released a demon called depression. To find this book at this time was nothing but God good Grace. No I don’t go to church . No this book isn’t churchy , it’s the truth. As a blank woman I’ve been looking for a book to guide me but my God guided me to this book. I had a panic attack at work and I said devil no more. I am worthy. I am loved. I am capable of peace. I’m more than my trauma that you inflicted on me. Some might not believe it but I can feel like devil presence every time I pray every time I manifest my greatness every time I believe God has me on my path. I’ve had to rebuke the presence of the devil so many times. Everything in the first chapter was exactly how I felt. Don’t just think it’s science . Let the Lord guide you cause the devil is trying his best to divide you. Listen to this book. It’s not preachy . Listen.

Condensed reminders of truth

This book was like a review of the most “basic” (essential) truths of living with a mind set on truth (truth which then brings freedom and a focus on the spirit .. not the flesh or the lies of the enemy). It was as if the key truths I’ve learned over the last 20 years of my faith were being spoken into my heart as a reminder and confirmation - helping me focus again on what is most important... walking with my eyes on Him and in the freedom of who I am in Him. I feel like it’s a good book for those new to this idea. These concepts are parts of daily conversations I have with my kids .. but I am getting this book for each of them (ages 10- 20) to work through together with them this summer. I want them to learn these truths earlier than I did.

Pleased but not what I expected!

Don't let my title fool you. I am sincerely pleased with this book. As a man, a husband, a father, and a believer I began reading this book within a business leadership group, so my expectations were more secular.

That said, the Truth is undeniably so! I like so many others have trenches that need rerouted and these words were put in my path at a time where I needed encouragement to do so! Thank you for being apart of God's timing and providing a framework for my embrace. Your toil will change generations to come and help so many leave a Legacy of Truth!

A must read!

Pastor Groeschel reads his book excellently! His true emotion and love for you to win the Battle of your Mind is felt throughout. I’m excited and have already started using the principles of this book and even shared them with my family. We will win the battle together by the Grace of God! If you’re ready to change your mind to focus more on God, then this is the book to help get you started!

It’s a HOME RUN !!

This was my first truly enjoyable audiobook. Craig’s narrating is powerful & inspiring. After listening to the audiobook I was compelled to order the ebook for my iPad & am looking forward to reading it as well !!…trcofino, GA.

Eye opener!

Author is so relatable! Listened to this book twice in a row to really grasp the concept and lessons so that I can start applying them to my life! I will highly recommend this book to others!

Life-changing message!

Very practical ways to take thoughts captive. Just finished it and ready to read it again. So much meat to chew on! Author reads it with authenticity. Everyone should read this!
