Helpful and Extremely Clear!

The Best part of this book is it's clarity and how Tracy breaks the techniques down too their essence. if you're new to sales, this one is a must-have!

Great Tips

quick listen and great tips. He uses some stories from the psychology of selling, but he adds 20+ techniques specific to closing. Closing is something I struggle with, so I'm glad I bought this book.

Good info. A bit dated...

Some very good info presented. not exactly new stuff in 2016. But, I was able to take away a nugget or two. Very hard to listen to as he spoke like he was sharing with school kids.

Overall, for the price, a good listen. Although, not exactly a barn burner....

No fluff

I'm a lawyer and I am trying to improve my sales skills. This book was exactly what I was looking for. There is no fluff! This book is nothing but sales techniques. The only discussion about "motivation " is used in relation to a sales technique discussed in the book. This is a book I will definitely listen to multiple times. He moves through the various techniques quickly so your time isn't wasted.

Straightforward book on sales closes with examples of how they may work. This is a book to listen to over and over as well as write down each one so as to practice.

Excelent

This is a must-desired sequel to Psychology of Selling. Many of these closes are NOT in POS. I highly recommend getting both. Starting with POS and finish it off with CTS. 👍🏻👌🏻 Thank you Mr. Tracy!!! My closes are already up and i am going to listen to this book on my way to work at least 3 more times. I am getting an MBA and I am an Electrician. Nothing compares to these gold nuggets found in Brian’s books. The MBA program is a bad sales joke compared to these books. 😊

Short, punchy and to the point!

This book is very informative, straight to the point without any waffling! All his closures make sense and I’ve been the prospect on a few occasions to some of them. Highly recommend.
