Outstanding collection of recipes!


Absolutely love this book!This is an easy to read, easy to follow cook book. The recipes sound really good and I can't wait to try some out. I'm on a severely limited diet and some of the seafood dishes and vegetable dishes sound amazing.

The Ingredients are very simple to find you can find them on you supermarket vegetarian section. I love this book. This is a great book with an excellent selection of recipes. If you are looking for a ketogenic vegetarian cookbook,this book is for you. Good variety and mostly easy to prepare with common ingredients.Worth recommending

The nourishment is simple and indications to supper prepares are so useful. Everything so far to make these plans are keto staples I've just had close by which makes each feast cost amicable. I've made more in multi week from this book than from some other keto Vegetarian book I have.

Nutritious and healthy

I was kinda curious how vegetarian Keto works since meat and dairy - two major sources of fats - are eliminated.

And well I tried some recipes, I learned how to prepare tofu and tempeh and I can say it looks like I'll be really exchanging those animal derived proteins with vegetable ones from time to time as they are equally nutritious and delicious.

So many good, easy, quick recipes

So many good, easy, quick recipes, which is just what I need to get back in the swing of keto. I love the fact that most of the recipes call for the types of things I have on hand from our low-carb diet. But I like the other recipes and have no trouble with experimenting with them. Her writing is good. The recipes spell everything out clearly and I have no confusion when trying things from the other collections. Perfect for the ketogenic dieters or vegan families looking for new ideas.

Absolutely amazing


Absolutely amazing audiobook for a keto diet. I love keto recipes, The narrator very clearly narrate this book and well explanation about keto recipes.I love this cookbook! I was about to give up on being a vegetarian, but the recipes I have made from the cookbook have made me excited about eating again. It took some adjusting for me, because most of the recipes take a lot of prep time. I look for that is perfect cookbook after everyone.

Perfect voice


The ketogenic vegetarian plan is effective for everybody. The plan is very effective and once if I am stop following it, I may experience the same symptoms as before the adaption of the plan. The ketogenic diet plan based on the process of ketosis. The process of ketosis is achieved with the gradual passage of time and has been credited with different stages based on the variation in the ketone levels.

I like the recipes in this cookbook, it has a good variety of meals and methods of cooking. There is a detailed explanation of Keto eating.
